Should Jeff Bezos’ American Dream Be His Competitors’ American Hell?

President Day is coming.  I cannot help asking, “Is the American Dream for everyone, or should Jeff Bezos’ American Dream be his competitors’ American Hell?

Many people go to Amazon because of lower prices.  But they do not know that Amazon can do so somehow because they steal, rob, threaten and silence their competitors to avoid paying for research and development (R&D).  We would never believe Amazon’s online robbery until Amazon attempted to victimize us.  Jeff Bezos might never expect that our technology can be so durable.

If Amazon can skip R&D, how can those who devote their life to the R&D stay open and offer jobs?  Where will customers get new products without R&D?  How can local economy stay ahead?  Should Jeff Bezos’ American Dream be his competitors’ American Hell?

We have closed our account on Amazon as we cannot enjoy the lower price & greater convenience at the expense of other businesses nor tolerate violation & threats.  If you are willing to pay a bit more for organic food, I urge you to pay a bit more for Organic Products to protect the equality and long-term prosperity of society.  I am sure you will be thrilled to know how we discover the facts and reach to the conclusion.

THE ONLINE ROBBERY OF THE CENTURY

Like most people, we liked Amazon.  We might never believe the dark side of Amazon until they try to steal and rob our solutions to beat the rising healthcare cost and then threaten and silence us.

The rising healthcare cost has been bankrupting individuals, families, and businesses.  One primary cause healthcare cannot handle non-health causes and becomes endless symptom relieves.  The right approach is to evaluate both health and non-health parts and target issues with the right tools, which can turn many years of treatments into months, weeks, or even days.  The approach is called the 6Q Approach that I invented at the clinics in 2004.  The 6Q are IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public Influence Q, and health Q.  Middlemen, high prices and other system issues are also important but secondary.

Because it is far more meaningful to help people before they go to the hospitals, I have founded The Prince Synergy and TPS Dream & Power to build exceptional leaders and beat rising healthcare costs.  Through the 6Q Approach, individuals can be their best and stay healthy, and businesses can optimize their productivity while beating rising healthcare costs.

We have contacted Amazon and Microsoft for potential partnership.  Not hearing from them, we stopped sending both newsletters.   However, we noticed that both could click on every link in our newsletters.  Initially, we asked them to contact us directly but had no response.

In September 2018, we noticed that Amazon was following every web page update of ours through Crazy Egg.  We quickly deleted the software, wrote to Jeff Bezos.  Not hearing from them, we linked my letter to Jeff Bezos to our newsletter to make sure he or his team could read it.

Re: Can Amazon Stop Day I from Turning into Day 2?

Jeff:

Do you want someone follows each of your web page updates and clicks on every link in your newsletters from which they are excluded?  Do you want me to tell your different behavior to our network?  Will your customers worry that the same invasion can happen to them someday?  Do you want to make some friends with Dept of Justice like Microsoft?

Like you, I care very much about day 1, and I am frugal with custom obsession.  Unlike you, I do not have a father who could give me $300,000 but started from the ground. Thus, I know how hard it can be to build your market.  Also, even McKinsey cannot copy ours.

To be wise and fair is critical to staying on Day 1. Do you agree?

Bin Yang

The letter received Amazon team’s great attention but did not work.

In November 2018, we asked our server to strengthen their mail delivery security.   Then a company sent out error pages from different domains to break the referring pages to our website.   The error pages disappeared the next day.  Google ranks a page based on its referring pages, so the fewer referring pages a web page has, the less visible the page is on Google.  We wrote to the company and asked them to stop, but the company disregarded us.

I deleted the twitter to Jeff Bezos first to explore the man behind the error pages.  No more error pages coming back.  On Nov 14, 2018, I re-twittered Jeff Bezos the same message, and error pages came back quickly.  By then, we knew Amazon wanted to not only steal and rob us but also threaten and silence us.

On 11/6/2018, we noticed that Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella twittered how Microsoft helped Europe address the cybersecurity, and Jeff Bezos twittered how he started early on the computer.  I twittered Satya Nadella back, “First, stop clicking on the links within our newsletter from which you are excluded” and then asked Jeff Bezos, “Does that entitle you to steal and rob your competitors through IT and threaten and destroy their online visibility?  I never believe this kind of act is powerful and this kind of growth will last!!”  Then error pages arrived quickly.

We immediately requested Amazon to close our account.  Then more error pages arrived.  It is hard to imagine that Jeff Bezos expects other human being not to resist and protect themselves when they are stolen, robbed and hurt. Eventually, the following twitter has stopped more error pages.

Our referring pages have dropped from 861 to 116 at one time, which means we were very “invisible” on Google then.  Fortunately, Google was not our main communication channel, and we have quickly learned the skill to boost our online visibility and explored more unique channels to communicate with the world.

THE ONLINE ROBBERY TEAMWORK

The online robbery is a team work, from online searching, advertising to execution, far more advanced than spies from China, Russia and other countries.  European and US and Japan government have taken some action against Amazon.  However, their action is too traditional, far from enough.

The two associates who want to get into healthcare with Amazon are well known.  One likes to talk about cooperate social responsibility.  The other often mentions in his speeches that he piled up money and his former wife piled down money.  However, neither has done anything after we have informed them what Amazon has done.   Obviously, cooperate social responsibility has a different definition here, and some people’s money need not to be piled up as gracefully as it is piled down.

On Jul 24, 2018, we sent out a press on how to beat rising healthcare cost.  To our surprise, there was only one or two press releases on Google while there are pages of our press releases on Yahoo and Bing.  In addition, we looked like a store on “Amazon” on Google.  I had to contact Google former CEO Eric Schmidt to have our home page listed.   Later we learned that Amazon is an investor of Google. Thus, please visit us at www.ThePrinceSynergy.com and www.DreamandPower.com in case you cannot find us on Google someday.

Recently, Jeff Bezos wants to divorce the lady who was 100% behind him when he first started Amazon.  Then “What Jeff Bezos’ Divorce Means for Amazon Investors” helped us identify another associate–Blackstone, one of the two largest stockholders of Amazon.  The owner has scholarships and schools named after his name.  However, he seems not know something called “conflict of interest”

ORGANIC PRODUCTS & EQUALITY

It is fair to compete with better products, better service, lower price, free product, but not with robbery, threat and silencing.  Online technology has magnified the evil power of Amazon.

It usually takes tremendous research and development (R&D) or extra blood, sweat, and tears for a business to start, get ahead and stay ahead in its field.  How can these companies stay open and provide jobs if others can rob them?  We do not use Amazon’s cloud, and our technology is durable.  What will happen to those businesses who use Amazon’s cloud or have less durable technology?  Without R&D, how can customers get new products, and economy prosper in the US, Europe, Japan and other areas?

Edmund Burke said, “the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” If you are willing to pay a bit more for organic food, I urge you to pay a bit more for Organic Products to support the R&DI or extra blood, sweat, and tears behind.   In the meantime, I urge businesses focus on not only their R&D but also their customer service and price.

We believe everyone is equal in front of God and have closed our account on Amazon as we cannot enjoy the lower price & greater convenience at the expense of other businesses nor tolerate its constant violation & threats. Can you?

As I said earlier, we also focus on building exceptional leaders and exploring what stops leaders from good to great.  One finding of our 3-year study is self-destruction.  Most people are familiar with those who sexually harass women and then get kicked out of office.  Amazon is another kind– Jeff Bezos is digging own grave for his day 1 by expanding his empire through illegal means, for victims will scream, governments will intervene, and more and more customers will close their accounts on Amazon.  Unfortunately, Jeff Bezos and his associates refuse to see the big picture and acknowledge that they need to satisfy not only all shareholders but all stakeholders.  We have tried our best.

PROTECT YOURSELF

Today’s giants are good at something but not everything.  However, some of them believe that they can be invincible in ANY AREA through ANY MEAN. For those who are working for a business, running a business or plan to do either, it is important to take early action to protect your success in this online and AI era.  Here are some tips:

  1. Master the key digital technology in your business and do not rely on a platform or a cloud, for Amazon is NOT the only company that takes advantage of their users.   Today’s competitors can follow you easily if you use their platform.  A non-competitor today can be a competitor tomorrow.
  2. Build a durable technology and enhance your team’s Adversity Quotient and creativity.  The first makes it easier to protect yourself.  You will also need endless learning, creativity and tenacity to break various obstacles, for example, being “invisible” on Google.
  3. In healthcare, the best way to prevent infection is to act as if everything is contaminated.  It is the same to protect your business– Design your communication, strategy, products and others as if the violators can open them the next day.
  4. Anticipate the development needs of your team, make wise investment, get team ready quickly, and beat rising healthcare cost.  Today, you can get your talent ready 10 times faster and turn many years of health treatments into months, weeks or even days through the 6Q Approach. These will make it easy for you to not only achieve lasting success but also be an Employer of Choice.

Everyone is needed to build a fair society.  Government agencies can do more if they want to.  Here are some US agencies.  Find out your local agencies and the person in charge and write to them.

SUMMARY

We believe that the American Dream is for everyone.  It is fair to compete with better products, better service, lower price, free product, but not with robbery, threat and silencing.  Technology does not entitle anyone to violate others.  A business ought to satisfy all stakeholders not just all shareholders.  Today will never be tomorrow.  Everyone can make tomorrow better.  Join us!

Beat Rising Healthcare Cost & Optimize Health & Productivity

Healthcare costs have been soaring every year so fast that President Barack Obama once said, “By a wide margin, the biggest threat to our nation’s balance sheet is the skyrocketing cost of healthcare. It’s not even close.”  In The Cost Conundrum, Dr. Atul Gawande described how some doctors at McAllen, Texas turn a population of twelve thousand dollars income per capital into one of fifteen thousand dollars per enrollee in Medicare, almost twice the national average.

The doctors’ business drive is only one internal cause.  Middlemen’s profit sharing is one external cause.  The non-health cause that contributes to about 70% of primary clinical visits for stress-related health issues and the limited way how businesses and individuals meet challenges and stay healthy also give those white-coat wolfs legitimate reasons and endless opportunities to suck the blood out of individuals, businesses, and economic systems.  In addition, not all doctors have the best knowledge and problem-solving.

We can not only cut down healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity at the same time.  We can not only cut down today’s healthcare costs but also anticipate development needs in coming challenges, make wise investments and take early action.   Our success started at the clinic in 2004 when I first invented the 6Q Approach.  Here are 5 main steps.

Meet challenges with the Right Tools

– How Can Medical Treatments Become Expensive and Endless Symptom Relieves?

A study at Toronto University Family Medicine found that 70% of their primary visits are stress related. Most stress-related health issues are directly related to the lack of the right tools to meet the challenge, relax and restore self, for example, insomnia, heart attack, diabetes, obesity, and fast aging.  McAllen could have heavy drinking sixty percent higher than the national average because many individuals in that area have lower education and fewer opportunities, so they drink to achieve a fast relief.  Smoking and food are other common antidepressants.   Then obesity and others associated diseases follow, such as heart attack, diabetes, and hypertension.

Some doctors and hospitals do not want their patients to find their missing tool—they want their patients to keep on coming back.  Some doctors indulge their patients with heart failure not to sleep and eat right so they can have “a new heart” quicker.  Until individuals can find their missing tools, the same issues often keep on coming back and getting worse.   Because doctors and hospitals are often paid by visits and procedures, medical treatments can become expensive and endless symptom relieves with legitimate reasons.  As people go to the clinic or hospital more, more complications can emerge, which require further treatments.  Heart disease is a good example.

-Limited Talent Management Also Contributes to Health Issues

The best way for talent to minimize stress-related health issues is to stay on the right track (avoid unsuitable challenges) and meet challenges with the right tools.  However, people often lack the right tools to meet challenges, especially those resulted from non-IQ and non-EQ sources.

Behaviors can reflect the underlying structure in different environments but often change as environments changes.  Thus, insignificant weaknesses in that environment will not surface but can impact the next project.   We call the weakness Relative Weakness. The 360-degree evaluation can only collect behavior observation AFTER a person gets into the specific environment. “Shoot Burnout, Save His Job!” is a good example.  Individuals with high EQ can control what others can observe at the workplace and alter 360-degree evaluation results.   A 2016 Deloitte survey found that only 13% of companies believe they are building effective global leaders.

Manage Self Efficiently

Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan, repeatedly said at top MBAs that individuals ought to take care of themselves and not to expect their company to babysitter them.  However, many people cannot manage self efficiently due to poor knowledge and then develop or worsen their health issues, for example, stroke and fast aging.

Some people go to the hospital too late, which makes a small problem big, big problem impossible.  One couple called 911 after their son got choked.  By the time when an ambulance arrived, the boy already died as the human brain can only tolerate no oxygen for 6-7 minutes.  The couple should have removed the foreign object and started CPR (cardiac pulmonary resuscitation) while waiting for the ambulance.  In heart attack and stroke, the window time to dissolve the clots is only a few hours.  However, many people miss the precious hours and have a feeble recovery.

Self-management can be the most difficult task in the world because of human nature and knowledge base, starting from decision-making to execution, including time management, teamwork, relaxation, restoration, etc.  Many individuals miss some tools along the process, which can impede their success and destroy their health.

NOT to Rely on the Hospitals

Not every doctor and hospital has the best knowledge or keeps the best interest of their patients in mind.  Some doctors only want to use their specialty to solve ALL problems.  For example, a Psychiatrist wants to treat a heart attack by easing a patient’s mind, and a Surgeon likes to use a knife instead of preventive care.  Some physicians have limited knowledge and creativity.  Many disabilities and deaths result from improper treatments or unnecessary treatments.

In 1997, my mother and I were rear-ended in a tragic auto accident.  She was put on a ventilator since she could not breathe on her own.  About 5 weeks later, her doctor diagnosed that she would be ventilator-dependent for the rest of her life since she did not improve.  My mom refused to live on the ventilator, so I had to be the one to discontinue her lifeline.  I decided to exam her myself before I took the final step.  To my surprise, I found her diaphragm was intact, which meant that she could breathe by raising and relaxing her diaphragm (abdominal breath).  I taught her the new way of breathing.   She got off the ventilator in three days.  Later she regained her independence through both the Eastern and Western medicine.

I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in the accident.  Almost all experts predicted that I could not recover.  In the meantime, we got zero compensation from the courts, including the US Supreme Court.  After I cried for a whole night, I decided to recover myself and apply for a medical license.  In addition to the Eastern and Western medicine, I studied hard, joined all kinds of events and tried everything I could found.   Thank God, I have passed all 3 steps of medical license examinations and received many excellent letters of recommendations at the clinics.

Anticipate Issues, Take Early Action

Each person’s 6 quotients are integrated, which is why health issues can have non-health causes, and poor IQ and EQ performance can result from non-IQ and non-EQ sources.   By knowing individual 6Q structures, we can anticipate when relative weaknesses will become significant, which strengthen can be irrelevant, so businesses and individuals can make wise investments.

In the meantime, healthcare issues among employees often can reflect the missing tools in leadership and talent management, for example, recruitment, talent tasking, and institutional strategy.  By knowing the development needs, businesses and individuals can take early action.   For more information, please visit “4 Keys to Optimizing Corporate Leadership Development” and “How to Be an Exceptional CEO?

Here are some common mistakes.

* Using one tool for All Issues
* Stay out of their maximum comfort(aptitude) zone
* Tripped up by relative weaknesses
* Unable to utilize resources
* Run out of gas (energy)
* Inability to handle setbacks and failures
* Insufficient relaxations and restoration techniques
* Go to the hospital only for stress-related health problems.

Look at the Big Picture, Think Differently

Human work, life, and health are integrated.  As long as health issues can have non-health causes, health management is NOT equal to hospital management. We cannot rely on hospitals and medicine alone to stay healthy nor use IQ, EQ, and behavior tools only to meet challenges and avoid stress-related health issues.  Partial approaches only offer legitimate reasons for greedy doctors and hospitals to suck the blood out of customers and economic systems and destroy the competitiveness of businesses and nations and bankrupting millions of families.

The efficient solution is to link health management with talent management, remove the root causes of endless symptom relieves and empower individuals to participate in personal health management and utilize health resources wisely.   Individuals can get well quickly, including the same day, with the minimum re-occurrence like the cases above.  Businesses can optimize productivity and minimize absenteeism and healthcare costs.   In addition, both can anticipate development needs, including health needs in coming challenges, make wise investments, and take early action.   Solving problems around healthcare alone is inefficient.   Unlike health insurance companies, businesses do not have the conflict of interests in paying for personal development.

It is time to look at the big picture, think differently and target issues with the right tools.  By doing so, we can not only cut down healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity at the same time and help more businesses become an employer of choice.

Video: Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less!

Introduction:

Many people are frustrated about the skyrocketing healthcare cost or high deductibles and co-pays. This video will show you how to significantly beat healthcare costs in 70% of primary clinical visits, for example, heart attack, stroke, burnout, depression, insomnia, weight gain, etc.

Transcript:

Most people go to their doctors whenever their health issues emerge or get worse.  Today, I am going to show you, if you find your missing tools, you will see doctors much less.

First, the question is “Does your health issue emerge or get worse under stress?”  If so, that usually means you miss some tools to meet your challenge or maintain self under stress.  About 70% of primary clinical visits act like that, for example, heart attack, stroke, burnout, depression, insomnia, weight gain, etc.

Why? Each person has 6Q, not just IQ and EQ. Doctors mainly focus on the medical part of the health. Individuals usually miss some tools outside. So, if you find your missing tools, you will see doctors much less, save time and money. You can also be your best and stay healthy easily. Our success started at clinics in 2004.

Today’s healthcare costs have been skyrocketing. To use partial assessments and then pay for endless symptom relieves is one significant cause. Many years of treatments and wellness programs can be months, weeks, or days.

Video: What is Missing in Health Risk Assessment & Biometric Screening?

Have a Complete Staying Healthy Assessment

TRANSCRIPT

Welcome to The Prince Synergy! I am Bin Yang.  Today, I want you to look at work, life, and health from a different angle and think differently about staying healthy assessment.

Many institutions provide workers an opportunity to complete a health risk assessment and a biometric screening. Today, we are going to explore what is missing in the two assessment and why partial approaches are a big cause of today’s skyrocketing healthcare costs.  First, let’s take a look at the two assessments.

Health Risk Assessment includes questions about a person’s medical history, health status, and lifestyle.  Biometric Screening focuses on risk factors such as body weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, stress, and nutrition.

Then what is missing in Health Risk Assessment & Biometric Screening?

They miss the impact of external challenges over a person’s health.  A person can suffer from heart attack and stroke even if the person is a vegetarian and an athlete and has no past and family medical history.

Without assessing the coming challenges and the person’s ability and potential, the health risk assessment and the biometric screening cannot prepare individuals to meet future challenges efficiently nor enable businesses to use the right people and make wise investments.  A complete staying healthy assessment is significant to executives and elites since the two groups usually strike to meet the hardest challenges. The leading causes of death among executives and elites are the heart attack, suicide, stroke, and cancer.  The first three are directly stress-related.   Stress’ immune suppression also contributes to Cancer.

Most people, from the CEOs at the Fortune 500 companies to students at universities, know if you work too hard, if something happens, you do not feel well or feel worse, rush to the hospital.  That is a correct approach.  However, if you only go to the hospital, most likely the same issue will keep coming back and getting worse.  Why? Because you still missed the tools to meet the challenges.  Many health issues emerge or get worse under stress, called stress-related health issues.  They count for about 70% of primary clinical visits.  We set up Dream & Power to enable people like you to be your best and stay healthy efficiently.

I first helped people deal with stress and stay healthy during my residency.  I noticed that, usually, once I found their missing tools, many got well quickly, including the same day.  Their re-occurrence rates were minimum.  That is how I invented the 6Q whole system approach.  Let’s have a case study.

Case Study 1: Eliminate Insomnia with the Right Law

One time I had a patient who was an attorney.  Because his parents left all their money to him, nothing to his sister, his sister kept on suing the family, and he had to manage.  As time passed by, he developed insomnia and anxiety.  He had been to other firms before he came to me and was quite familiar with standard maneuvers, such as position change.  I asked him if his family had set up a family fund. He said no.  So, I told him, “Set up your family fund, so you do not have to give your 40% to Uncle Sam. Give it to your sister.” The attorney was speechless.  From that day, he needed no more sleeping pills or therapies.  What he needed was a right law.  Once his issue was gone, his health issues disappeared.

Not all health issues are like the attorney’s insomnia.  Still, meeting challenges with the right tools is critical to staying healthy.

Case Study 2: Beat Heart Disease

Most people know CPR.  Now a person with heart disease is saved and ready to go back to work.  What will happen if he cannot meet the next challenge?  The person will collapse again, right?

What if we can identify the skills he needs and make learning easy and fast?  What if we can also evaluate if he is on the right track and help him avoid unsuitable challenges?  Can he achieve his goal easier and quicker with fewer or no health issues?  Of course, he can.

About 70% of primary clinical visits are related to stress.  However, most people just keep on going back to their doctors.  In fact, one big cause of stress-related health issues is the lack of the right tools to meet challenges.   Each person has 6Q, IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public influence Q and Health Q.   Doctors mainly fix health through medicine.  Individuals usually miss some tools to other 5Qs.  Traditional education gives some tools in IQ and EQ, which mainly covers half of the human system.   By finding their missing tools, we have helped many patients recover quickly, including the same day, with minimum re-occurrence.  That staying healthy assessment is what we called “Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less.”  Our success started at clinics in 2004 where we invented the 6Q Approach.

Today’s healthcare costs have been skyrocketing, threatening almost every business and individual.  To use partial assessments and then pay for endless and expensive symptom relieves is one significant cause! It is inefficient to search solutions around healthcare alone.

Join us, we can beat rising Healthcare cost efficiently! Individuals can stay healthy, get well quickly if needed and be their best!  Businesses can beat rising healthcare cost and optimize healthcare quality and productivity at the Same Time!  Join Us, we can beat rising Healthcare cost efficiently and change the world for the better!

Build Level 5 Leadership vs Beat Rising Healthcare Cost

We have discussed how to build Level 5 leadership from different angles.  Now we are talking about how to beat rising healthcare cost.  Is there a connection between the two, looking at the hot topics below?

•    Take Your Leadership to Level 5 to Get Ahead and Stay Ahead or Beat Setbacks & Failures Ahead?
•    What Stops Leaders from Being Level 5?
•    Should A CEO Be Charming?
•    How to Retain Startup DNA?
•    What Is Missing in Health Risk Assessments & Biometric Screenings?
•    Why Google Behaves Differently When Beating Rising Healthcare Cost?

The issues that we try to solve all have something to do with what is missing in traditional partial approaches except they have different symptoms and emerge at various stages that often starts with decision-making and ends with healthcare. What is missing in traditional partial approaches?

•    IQ and EQ tools cannot solve non-IQ and non-EQ issues efficiently, for example, adversity and self-care. Studies have found about 70% of primary clinical visits are stress-related or due to lack of the right tools to meet challenges.
•    Behavior tools can observe individuals 360 degrees but cannot anticipate development and health needs. Studies found that only 13% of companies can develop global leaders efficiently.
•    Healthcare is not set to find the missing tools but can provide expensive symptom relieves, and Doctors are often paid per visit or procedure.  In addition, not every doctor has the best knowledge. Some do unnecessary procedures. Some try to qualify their patients for more expensive procedures quicker…
•    In the meantime, most people cannot take care of self and use health system efficiently.

Without the right tools to handle non-IQ and non-EQ challenges, such as choosing the right direction, using the right people, handling setbacks, and restoring self, leaders can fail or end their journey too early.

When talent is not on the right track or does not have the right tools, they will not get the job done and take good care of self but can develop various health issues.

What is missing in leadership development and talent management gives healthcare the legitimate reason to provide endless and expensive symptom relieves, not to mention that businesses need to pay for many avoidable treatments, surgeries, emergency room visits, chronic illnesses, disabilities, and deaths.

The more people can meet challenges with the right tools, stay healthy, get well quickly if needed, the better businesses and individuals can beat rising healthcare cost.  The sooner businesses can start right, the more benefits they can enjoy along with their journeys, such as Level 5 leadership, hearts and minds, smooth project completions, and healthcare saving.  By working on health alone, the bills for endless and expensive symptom relieve and avoidable treatments, surgeries, disabilities, and deaths will keep on coming.  High deductions and co-pays can stop some unnecessary services but can also make small problems big or impossible and hurt work performance and loyalty.

Beat Rising Healthcare Costs with The Prince Synergy Dream & Power

Los Angeles, CA July. 26th, 2017– The Prince Synergy (www.ThePrinceSynergy.com) announces that TPS Dream & Power (www.DreamandPower.com) will focus on beating rising healthcare costs and offer free “Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less” for 3 days (7/26-7/28/2018).

When asked about the focus, Bin Yang, the 6Q Approach Inventor and Managing Director of The Prince Synergy, said, “The skyrocketing cost of healthcare has threatened almost every business, family, and individual. Big co-pays and deductions cannot save efficiently but backfire. The key is to minimize endless and expensive symptom relief, unnecessary emergency room (ER) visits, and utilize healthcare efficiently. Businesses and individuals can not only save years of healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity. These only take 1/3-1/2 of their one-year healthcare cost to set up. Our success started at the clinic in 2004. It is time to look at the big picture and think differently!”

Studies found about 70% of primary clinical visits are stress-related (emerge or worsen under stress), for example, heart attack, stroke, insomnia, burnout, diabetes and obesity.  The leading cause of stress is the lack of the right tool(s) to meet challenges, relax and restore self.  To find the missing tool(s) BESIDES relieving symptoms is the key to minimize the 70% visits.  Otherwise, businesses and individuals need to pay endless and expensive symptom relieves, including ER visits, BECAUSE HOSPITALS ARE NOT set to find the missing tools.  You can find case studies in this video:

In addition to unnecessary ER visits, many chronic illnesses, disabilities, and deaths can be avoided if individuals can learn how to utilize healthcare system and recognize unethical and poor doctors efficiently.  How Ms. Yang recovered her mother and herself are two good examples.

TPS Dream & Power provides what is missing in traditional approaches: healthcare cannot handle non-health causes, many people treat healthcare as hospital care, and traditional IQ, EQ and behavior tools alone have limited power over non-IQ and non-EQ issues and cannot avoid stress-related health issues (SRHI) efficiently.  TPS Dream & Power empower leaders, managers, and elites based on the mistakes found at the clinics and businesses as well as efficient ways to meet challenges, stay healthy and bring the best performance.

Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less” is one diagnostic program, helping individuals with SRHI find the missing tools to meet their current challenges. Individuals often get well quickly with minimum re-occurrence and require no or fewer follow-up clinical visits and associated drug, treatments, time and money. TPS Dream & Power also helps clients build smart systems, anticipate development needs, especially health needs, and get ready quickly for their upcoming challenges. TPS Dream & Power loves feedback and new ideas and will continue challenging status quo and perfecting its services.

How Should CEOs Deal with Stress?

Many people do not understand why CEO stress has anything to do with CEO health.  In fact, the two are closely connected.

Recently, the health of Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, has raised a national discussion.  Many people think that his health is not his private matter because so many others depend upon him. Some even have raised a stock security issue.  Forbes has pointed out that the Apple CEO turned to cancer removal surgery eight months after the diagnosis. Would there be less unfortunate issues to begin with if leaders could take better care of themselves?

When talking about how to be a CEO, people usually do not think about sustainability at times of unexpected change, intense stress, illness or injury.  Unfortunately, life is full of unexpected challenges, which can disable our mind, or even take away our success. It takes a different set of skills to sustain our optimal creativity and health than to utilize them.  It is important to have both. An unfortunate outcome affects not only the key person, but also his/her family, partners, colleagues, employees and more.

Can You Count on Doctors?

People tend to count on doctors for their health.  However, how we handle illnesses before and after seeing doctors can mean life or death, recovery or disability. Although I had excellent medical training, I could have lost my mother had I not questioned the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) physicians after a tragic auto-accident. My mother suffered a cervical-2 fracture. Even after five weeks of intensive care, she could not get off of the ventilator. Her ICU physicians “concluded” that she would be ventilator-dependent for the rest of her life. My mother refused to live on a machine. I never doubted the ICU physicians. But at the last moment, I chose to do my own assessment and found that she did not breathe efficiently. Through a new way of breathing I taught her, my mother was taken off the ventilator successfully after only three days!

In another example, a prestigious rehab center had some very well known experts in Traumatic brain injury (TBI). These experts concluded that the poor impulse control secondary to TBI was incurable since they could not find the cure. A resident physician with a history of TBI had one unfortunate incident. These experts linked the incident with her past injury, and concluded that she had a poor impulse control and could not handle stress. They took away her residency training at the last minute even through her references from clinical training prior were excellent. Instead of telling her their reasoning, they told her something else, which has caused her a huge waste of time and money. In fact, the victim had found a way to correct the impulse control. But to these experts, if they could not find the cure, no one could! And they abandoned their own victim when their support was needed most!

Not everyone needs to go to medical school. However, we need general and systemic health knowledge about ourselves and different health systems, for example, what costly health mistakes to avoid, and how to select specialists. We need to stay in charge, especially when it is a matter of life or death, recovery or disability. A part of our 4-day Executive Synergy Program provides hands-on training in this area.

What is Missing in Your Stress Management?

According to a survey of Vistage (an international organization for CEOs), 100 percent of 2,400 participating CEOs are suffering stress. CEO stress can come from external sources, like an uncertain economy. CEO stress can also come from our body and mind, such as the examples described above. Stress, while a great motivator, can disable our thinking and creativity, which are the keys to leadership.  Stress can also harm our health and emotions.   To some extend, a par of how to be a CEO is how to manage CEO stress.   An exceptional CEO usually manages stress at another level.

Stress management to many people is limited relaxation exercises, such as deep breathing, brisk walking, meditation, Yoga and breaks. These are not enough to handle intense CEO stress. We need to build up our personal relaxation hierarchies, which are the right tools for the right levels of stress. At The Prince Synergy,  we call it “overarmed.” We need a clear mind to look into underlying causes and figure out solutions. Different people need different relaxation hierarchies.

Another common definition of stress management is “coping with stress” and “positive thinking.” We don’t have to “live with stress.” We can prevent, utilize, reduce and transform stress. We can manage stress in many ways, business, medical, legal or even “technical” ways.  A CEO suffered newly onset insomnia due to insecurities of her business. None of her relaxation methods or sleeping pills worked. Sleep is very important to productivity and wellness.  She could not have a real sense of security until her business thrived, which could take time. However, she could use her faith as “the sense of security” by placing it into her unconscious level.  Afterward, she has been sleeping like a log every night.   In addition to faith, law can also help to eliminate stress and subsequent insomnia.

Strong stress management training is even more important at times of extreme crisis, where the level of stress is highest. Some CEOs tend to check themselves into the hospital.  I had a crisis in 2007, and started crisis management immediately. I used my relaxation hierarchy to keep a clear mind, and in the meantime, kept telling myself that the crisis was not the end of the world. Instead of spending time in the hospital, I worked on my solution to turn the crisis into an opportunity the same night.

Our beliefs, perceptions, standards, visions and expectations can also affect the outcome. The cases of my mother and the rehab center are also good examples of blindly following authority figures (such as the ICU physicians) and assumptions.

Mind, Body & Society Are Integrated

What we can see in society and ourselves determines how we act and what we can achieve. I did not value Eastern medicine i at medical school. After being through family injuries and personal challenges, I have appreciated its recovery and relaxation power more and more. I sometimes acupuncture myself and pick up my own herb tea for certain types of tiredness and stress. I did not know about the internet or computers in high school. What I want and can do today is different fr om what was possible back then. There are many ways to sustain our optimal levels. We won’t “see” them until we can open to them.

How we act can also affect our health and potential profoundly.  A star athlete from Fargo High School joined Stanford on a four-year football scholarship. After he ran into bigger and meaner competitors, he chose to focus upon his economics major. He has since built a multi-billion-dollar investment bank. What if he had chosen steroid for temporary gain, or used drugs for temporary high like many others? He would have to face more problems down the road, such as systemic injuries or issues related to addictions.

Our mind, body and stress management are one integrated system. We can be limited internally and externally. The limitations can lead to stress issues in business and health if we do not take care them efficiently. We can and need to, utilize our full internal and external resources efficiently, and prosper in business and life.   Leaders should not settle with how to be a CEO, but how to be an exceptional CEO.

In summary, the skills to utilize our creativity and health and to lead are different from those to sustain the potential from unexpected change, intense stress, costly health mistakes and injury. In this age of intense competition, CEOs need these skills to stay at their optimal level and save subsequent agony from CEO stress. “Deal with Stress, Be Healthy & Happy” can identify your “missing software,” teach what you need in just a few days and help you build a firewall for your leadership.  This is not only about how to be a CEO, one key individual, but also about your family, partners, colleagues, employees and more.

Today, I want you to look at work, life, and health from a different angle and think differently.

Still, meeting challenges with the right tools is critical.

Our success started at clinics in 2004.

Each person has 6Q, IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public influence Q and Health Q.   Doctors and hospitals mainly fix health through medicine.  However, individuals also need the other 5Qs to meet their challenges, which are beyond Medicine.   No one tool can solve all issues.  Issues with any of these Qs, especially Adversity Q, can crash a person, and then the challenge-collapse-hospital cycle repeats, medical treatments become endless and expensive symptom relief, which only benefit some doctors and hospitals.

– Heart Cath:          $7,000-11,300

– Heart Stent:         $11,000-41,000

– Heart Bypass:      $70,000-200,000

– Heart Transplant: $780,000- 1,200,000

The Impact of Traditional Education and Career Management

There are many other stress-related health issues, for example, burnout, headache, ulcer, stroke, fast aging, weight gain, diabetes, fibromyalgia, etc.  Any health issue that emerges or gets worse under stress is stress-related.

Most people miss a few tools to meet their challenges, including self-management.  Besides, poor IQ and poor EQ can result from non-IQ and non-EQ sources where IQ, EQ, and behavior tools have limited power.  Then many “tough issues” in leadership & performance are created.  As the world is changing fast and more “hard issues” surface, healthcare costs continue soaring every year.  Besides, not every doctor and hospital want their patients to find their missing tools due to the conflict of interest.

We have reviewed that each person has 6Qs and hospitals mainly cover a part of health management.  Individuals usually miss some tools in the other 5Q, including self-management, for example, relaxation and energy restoration.   If we empower people with their missing tools, they should achieve their goal faster and better and have fewer or no health issues.  That is what we called “Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less.”  However, traditional education mainly covers half of the human system.

Let’s take a look at the talent and leadership development history.  It has progressed from IQ-> EQ->IQ+ EQ+ some learning Q.  However, the three Qs only cover one half of the human system.  Some people try to use behavior to explore the unknown parts.  However, the same person can behave differently in different environments.   Because all 6Qs are integrated, poor IQ and poor EQ can result from non-IQ and non-EQ sources where IQ, EQ, and behavior tools have limited power.  Then many “tough issues” in leadership & performance are created.  Subsequently, more stress-related issues emerge, which is why healthcare costs continue soaring every year.

Traditional career management also contributes to the cycle as it focuses on personal interest, personality and some learning and skills.  In fact, we also need to know your skills, talent, and levels to determine your talent type and direction.   To advance career effectively, you also need other potential and stability down the road, for example, whether you can continue learning, utilize new knowledge efficiently; if you can be cool in the storm and restore your energy efficiently.  There are many other issues and solutions, including how to maintain your optimal performance.  It can be very struggling for individuals to identify these additional elements, and it can be very time-consuming.

What should you do?  Find missing tools to meet existing challenges and stay healthy now.  In the long run, you need to get on the right track to avoid unsuitable problems, have the right tools to advance career efficiently and be your doctor first, so you can be your best and stay healthy.  We provide Assessment, Consultation, Training, and Management to help you at different stages.   One thing I need to mention is that your 6Q data is usually valid for 2 years in the absence of significant events, which means that you can use the same data to handle other challenges and crises.

Case Study 3: Shoot Burnout, Save His Job!

Let’s have another case study.  This case is about an executive who had MBA and ten years of experience at a well-known leadership consulting firm in roles from consultant to local VP.  He was promoted to Regional Manager to boost regional sales and minimize turnover. Two months later, while sales remained flat, turnover got worse.  In the meantime, his wife was pregnant, very unhappy as Mr. B spent a great deal of time away from home due to the new job. By the time when I met him, he was burned out, contemplating if he should resign.

I did Executive 6Q Assessment for him and found many excellent characteristics in consulting and leadership.  He was also weak in sales, marketing, public influence, emotional expression, and energy restoration, and others.  These weaknesses were not significant to a local VP but significant to a Regional Manager.  There was no way I could address so many issues at one time, so I chose to optimize his emotional expression and teach him to share his professional stress with his wife, gain her support, and later connect with his clients.  It was 30-minutes training.  He eliminated his family crisis.  A week later, he became more confident about his job.

So, through 90 minutes of assessment, 30 minutes of training, plus my staying up late to read his Executive 6Q Assessment, the man made a breakthrough and saved his job and region.

Summary

We have reviewed that work life and health are integrated, which is why health issues can have non-health causes, poor IQ, and EQ performance can result from non-IQ and non-EQ resources. Traditional education and Career management mainly reveal pieces of human performance instead of the whole. Unless we can target issues with the right tools, more hard matters and stress-related health issues will be created.

Each person is built uniquely.  Unlike a computer, human performance can fluctuate under internal and external turbulence.  Not everyone has what they should.  However, today is no longer yesterday.  By evaluating all 6Q elements, we can make wise investments.   By targeting issues with the right tools, we often can achieve results in weeks or days instead of years or months, the attorney and the Regional manager are good examples.

A lot of time can be saved, and many dreams can come true.  Everyone deserves to be their best and stay healthy.  The 6Q technology enables you to fulfill your dream with power.

Again, look at the big picture, think differently, and then ask yourself what you need at your stage and in the long run. Above all, do not give up before consulting The Prince Synergy Dream & Power even if your issue is impossible to anyone else!  I mean ANYONE else!
