Recently Diego Maradona died of heart issue, and Tony Hsieh died after a house fire. The more I read about the two, the more I feel sorry for their early deaths. They were outstanding. They did not die of cancer, HIV, or war. Their health issues were prevented or treated if we could get to the root causes—how to manage ourselves and prevent invisible medical errors. These skills matter even more during the COVID-19 pandemic time.
Studies have found that early successors often crush worse during adversities due to low adversity quotient (AQ). They can easily go for drinking or drug for fast stress relief when setbacks or failures hit them, instead of using healthy means. They can also lack social skills, lose temper, which are their EQ and will increase their setbacks. Low AQ and EA can make them in and out of the hospitals.
Let me tell you a story first. Mr. Z was also a great footballer in high school and had a successful business. Unfortunately, he lost all his money in the oil business. Then he started to drink heavily. He developed gastric mass, GI bleeding, and psoriasis in two years. By the time when I met him, Mr. Z looked like the 70s when he was 42.
Each person is an integrated 6Q system. There are Learning quotient, adversity quotient, public influence quotient, and health quotient in addition to IQ and EQ. The other 5Q can also impact health, which are called non-health causes. Mr. Z’s root cause was low AQ, and Hospitals mainly work on the health part. Thus, Mr. Z kept drinking, getting worse. I became the first person to talk to him about his AQ. He was not addicted. By enhancing his AQ, Mr. Z quitted drinking in one week and recover quickly in the following four weeks.
Maradona succeeded much younger than Mr. Z. He was a fighter, but he could lose self-control and lack skills to deal with mafia, drugs, and alcohol. Like Mr. Z, Maradona needed root cause management besides symptom relieves. I will talk about it more later.
In addition to self-management, how to utilize health system is another key. Invisible Medical Errors are hard to catch, often related to vision and tools. Let me tell you a story. In 1997, an 18-wheel truck rear-ended my mother and me. My mother could not breathe on her own and was put on a ventilator. Five weeks later, she still could not breathe on her own and was diagnosed ventilator dependent. Because my mom refused to live on the machine, I had to be the one to turn off her ventilator. I decided to assess her myself before I did so. To my surprise, I found she could raise her abdomen or do abdominal breath that we all do during childhood. I practiced the new way of breathing with her. Three days, she was off the ventilator and became a free woman.
Did her doctor know about abdominal breath? Of course, every doctor knows. However, her doctor focused on adults’ tools, did not think of the tools for children– omission. Other causes include knowledge and Ego. Selected visions happen in all industries. The combination of the last two can be lethal.
The next Invisible Medical Errors are tools. Most illnesses have 3 stages, incubation, acute, and chronic. Western medicine offers extra tools and has a unique power in the acute stage. Eastern medicine enhances self-healing and works the opposite. The 6Q tools provide non-health tools and benefit each stage. How do I know these? I graduated from a Western med school and had run into health issues that Western med could save my life and could not complete my recoveries. I had to go out to explore new tools to save my career and life.
If we only use western medicine, Mr. Z’s Gastric bleeding got worse and worse. Heart-attack often needs more and more expensive treatments. Traumatic brain injury survivors maximize recovery in 2 years, called the 2-year plateau. I went through the last two myself.
If we add the 6Q tools and eastern medicine, Mr. Z could stop gastric bleeding, we can control heart attack early, recover from traumatic brain injury (TBI) beyond the 2-year plateau. How significant is it? We can save millions of health care dollars and free productivity and innovation. The latter is most significant in TBI as we can help individuals go back to who we were, including being a doctor. I was the first graduate of the program. The three tools can also help individuals optimize their immunity, a key to stay healthy from COVID-19.
Many illnesses, disabilities, & deaths can be saved with the right tools. Yesterday’s impossible is not today’s! However, some doctors over emphasize on Western medicine, and some only value Eastern medicine. Without the right tools, individuals with the potential to recover and keep them ill, disabled, or die.
Let’s first take a look at Tony Hsieh. The house fire threw him into the acute stage. The hardest part of burn management is gas inhalation. Once his air way was burned, it does not matter what experts and equipment the hospital had, or if he could raise his abdomen. He lived 9 days, which meant that infection also kicked in, and there might be some opportunities. Also, how did the fire start? What prevented him escaping sooner?
Diego Maradona was super healthy before. Then he was addicted to drugs and alcohol and had liver and heart issues. like Mr. Z, he could quit alcohol and drugs by using western med and EQ and AQ. Then his liver and heart issues can be easily corrected. His liver and heart could also benefit from Eastern medicine.
I have no personal information about Tony, Maradona and their doctors. I wish they could have watched this video a long time ago.
How we manage ourselves and utilize health system determines our life and dream. The skills matter even more during the pandemic. These days, many hospitals have run out of spaces, and some have opened parking lots tents to treat COVID-19 patients. In the meantime, many businesses cannot afford closing their doors, and some individuals refuse face masks. Vaccine has finally arrived but cannot solve all issues at once. How we manage ourselves and fully utilize tools are critical.
First, COVID-19 is real. Senator Larry Dixon can tell you this in his last words. (“We messed up. We let our guard down. Please tell everybody to be careful. This is real, and if you get diagnosed, get help immediately.” He died on Dec. 7, 2020 due to COVID-19.
COVID-19 can harm not only human lung but also heart and brain. No health, no liberty, no pursuit of happiness. Face masks and social distances minimize our virus exposure. For someone who wants no face mask, no social distance, they can stay at home or private areas, where there is no virus.
More tools? Yes. As many hospitals have run out of space, it is critical for individuals to stay non-infected. Lockdown is one option. Do we have to? No.
Face masks and social distance provide excellent external PPE. However, not everyone has excellent internal PPE. CDC has found that about 19% of infection came from healthcare personnel. 45.4% of U.S. adults are at increased risk for Covid19 complications due to co-morbidities. Vaccine is an excellent solution but not available to everyone. Eastern medicine and 6Q tools can also help individuals optimize their internal PPE and keep it at an optimal level. Then we will have more time to get vaccine available globally. The approach is non-invasive and highly effective.
When the tool we use cannot meet new challenge, we should explore new ones. That was how I could recover myself, save my career and life. The more businesses can stay open, more jobs, more freedom, and more happiness.
People fight hard for freedom, equality, and justice. Do not lose the battle due to your own health! Seek second opinion if not sure! Take 1~2-day classes, stay updated, stay in control!
Today we can not only assess development needs but also anticipate and moderate development needs and customize learning and implementation. By integrating healthcare with business management, businesses can further reduce infection and deaths, optimize productivity, and save costs. Of course, we can also link the best in Eastern and Western Medicine.
Diego Maradona and Tony Hsieh have made the world splendid. The world would be more splendid if you can stay healthy and be your best.

With additional tools, many TBI survivors can go back to who they were beyond the 2-year plateau as their uninjured brain cells have the same DNA and can learn. Many “chronic issues” are secondary to intense pain and stress associated with TBI and can go away or be easily corrected once individuals know they can recover. The difference can be heaven vs. hell to both individuals and society.
Many people have been told that Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivors can achieve maximum recovery within 2 years (called 2-year plateau), and TBI is a “chronic illness.” THAT IS NOT TRUE or a result of using single tool. Also, many “chronic issues” after TBI are secondary to the pain and stress associated with TBI and will go away or be easily corrected when the survivors know that they can go back to who they were.
I suffered from Traumatic Brain Injury due to an auto-accident in 1997 and could not complete my recovery via western medicine. I recovered myself by applying for the medical licensing exams and exploring Eastern med and 6Q tools. Every TBI survivor I have helped achieved significant results even they were 5~10 years beyond their 2-year plateau.
However, some “experts” refuse to believe that others can solve the issues that they cannot. Some even held the twitters that reflect others’ wisdom, humor, and humanities to support “their way.” (below)
What Impedes the Recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury?
Both tools and human beings. Tools can limit what human can do, and human can limit the tools they use.
1. Focus on damaged brain cells and ignore uninjured ones.
Injured brain cells may have 2-year plateau, but uninjured brain cells DO NOT and preserve the same DNA and learning capacity. Also, studies have found that most people only use 10% of their brains. Thus, many TBI survivors have a great chance to go back to who they were, including the ones with brain removal. Here is a story about one survivor with brain removal.
A tall and thin middle-aged man had partial brain removal due to TBI 10 years ago. His mother always accompanied him to the clinic and answered questions for him. I knew that the only way the man could speak is to practice whenever possible. I asked him to answer all the questions and told him that I had all the time I needed.
Of course, I did not have unlimited time. However, the man’s issue was straightforward, and I could always ask his mother if needed. He was very slow initially, but he answered all my questions. Then I gave him some homework and asked him to read aloud at home and tell me the homework for the next visit. As he could speak more and more, the man became more and more alive, energetic, and shinning.
2. Inefficient Cognitive Restoration
Western medicine is excellent in controlling cranial pressure, minimizing toxin release, saving life, minimizing damage, and restoring physical function. However, Western Medicine has limited power at the chronic stage, where some cognitive restoration happens.
Most cognitive programs help to install limited IQ function and prepare TBI survivors to accept “the next level of placement” instead of going back to who they were. The low expectation somehow is associated with the limited tools that they use– limited IQ, behaviors or Psychology tools.
The brain rehab I went to mainly helped me not to fall or choke. Psychological support mainly let me express my fears and struggles and then advised me to accept my “new life.” These are essential but cannot help a person regain his or her cognitive function and get back to who the person was. Nothing can be more frightening and painful than to lose the inner ability to protect our dignity, dream and rights. Thus, many TBI survivors can develop various stress-related health issues, which costs $85,000 to $3 million to “treat” one survivor and a lifetime disability benefit to support the person.
To help them regain 6Q key cognitive function instead of partial can best end their misery and save treatment costs and and lifetime disability benefits. That was how I recovered myself and helped others.
I was rear-ended in 1997 and suffered from Traumatic Brain Injury. However, I could not work after I completed the traditional brain rehab and got nothing from the court. One day, I realized that my uninjured brain cells still had the same DNA, so I decided to apply for the medical licensing exams and explore Eastern med and other tools. I passed 3 steps in 2.5 years and excelled at the clinics. I helped every TBI survivor I met at the clinics, and all achieved significant results even they were 5-10 years beyond their 2-year plateau.
3. Many Secondary Issues Can Be Corrected Easily
Some people call Traumatic Brain Injury a “chronic illness” since people develop various health issues after they suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury, for example, insomnia, impulse control, aggressive behaviors and low thyroid. Because these issues are secondary to pain and stress related to TBI, many can go away or be easily corrected if survivors know they can go back to who they were. Here is a typical case:
A business owner had TBI and was too frustrated that he had to relearn everything. He often called 911 to go to the Emergency Room (ER) to yell at doctors and nurses there. His ER visits lasted for years. I happened to do a rotation in ER that day and saw him screaming. I completely understood him — nothing can be more frightening and painful than to lose the inner ability to protect your dignity, dream and rights I went up to talk to him, asked about his progress, and shared with him my live sample of success. I told him that not everyone has a chance to go back to who they were, and he at least had the chance. If I could make it, so could him.
We talked for about 10 minutes. The business owner thanked me in the end. ER nurses later told me that the ER visit was his shortest and most pleasant. He soon went to work and never came back to the ER.
I could change his behavior in 10 minutes because his issue was related to intense insecurity and stress, secondary to TBI. Having been there, I know that nothing can be more frightening and hopeless than to lose a person’s brainpower. Once the business owner knew that he could regain his brainpower, it was easy to correct his aggressive behavior.
Insomnia and impulse control have been corrected for the same reason. Low thyroid and low growth hormone may also be related to depression and stress. Epilepsy and decreased sight are more structure related. We are going to explore if the 6Q cognitive restoration can help to resolve the rest “chronic health issues.” Please contact us if you or your team are interested.
4. Ignorance and Resistance of Some “Experts“
Some “experts” refuse to believe that others can solve the problems that they cannot. They can create disabilities and hold others’ smart twitters to support “their way.” We started to make the above video since someone held the twitters that reflect my strategic thinking. humor and humanity.
By resisting innovation, these “experts” also take away the opportunities of millions of TBI survivors with the potential to live with dignity and pursue their dreams and opportunities again. Up to 53% of the homeless are affected by a brain injury (I was almost there). It is unethical, inhuman, and illegal to medically deprive others’ rights to live with dignity, pursue their dreams and opportunities. It is heartbreaking to watch these happening when the “experts” are someone who you have trusted and respected.
5. Legal Impact
Most TBI survivors do not know their rights, not to mention to protect their rights. Some attorneys actively help their clients regain cognitive function, which is wise for both in the long run.
However, some attorneys only want to make money and disregard the future of their clients. My injury in 1997 was also a workman’s compensation claim since I was on my way to work. I totally had three attorneys, one of whom was the president of the workman’s compensation attorney association in one state. All three attorneys wanted me to claim 100% disabilities even after I passed medical licensing exams and received excellent letters of recommendation at the clinics. If a person who can pass medical licensing exams is 100% disabled, how many are not disable out there? Who will trust my word?
No money can buy a person’s freedom, opportunities, and credibility. It is vital to get the right attorney. Usually, it is much easier to identify bad attorneys than wrong doctors.
How to Recover from Traumatic Brain Injury beyond the “2-Year Plateau?”
(a) it is critical to save life, minimize damage, and preserve non-injured brain cells at the acute stage. I could recover well also because the accident happened in a winter evening, I benefited from hypothermia instantly, and the hospital at Amarillo also took good care of me. Physical rehab and speech therapy can further enhance safety, which is the foundation of cognitive restoration.
(b) Restore 6Q cognitive function instead of partial. Each person is an integrated system of 6Qs: IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public Influence Q, and Health Q. Because all 6Qs are integrated, poor IQ performance can have non-IQ causes, on which cognitive training and stimulation have limited impact. For the same reason, IQ performance can be enhanced through both IQ and non-IQ channels. In the meantime, make learning as easy as possible as the learning can be massive, and TBI survivors need to see results quickly to stay motivated. Eastern medicine can further enhance the healing and learning.
(c) Practice the skills in the real world. Individuals need to test their learning in the real world so that they can adjust their learning and find new opportunities to fasten their learning. It can be very frustrating as the business owner experienced. I hope you do not need to call 911 and vent your stress to ER doctors and nurses.
(d) Prepare to return to work and excel. Going through TBI is like to going through hell or modern Auschwitz. Those who can make it will know how to appreciate life better that others. However, social bias can also go against them if something “bad” happens. In the meantime, learning may not be complete. Thus, continuous learning and resilience are critical to ensure the success of the last step.
2. Who Can Benefit from Us?
Can anyone benefit from the 6Q cognitive restoration?
No, only those who can learn and are motivated to learn.
The survivors should have at least 10% brain cells are uninjured. It is great if the survivors have a burning desire to go back to who they were. At this time, we require participants to be discharged from the hospital and physical rehab if applicable.
3. How We Help TBI Survivors? What to Expect?
In general, we design custom programs per individuals’ unique needs and challenges and make learning as easy and fun as possible, for the learning can be massive, challenging, and frustrating. We will work with Eastern medicine and survivors’ primary to promote further healing. In the meantime, we will prepare TBI survivors to go back to work and give them unique career guidance and support. Read more about the program
What to expect? Not everyone can achieve a significant result in 10 minutes like the business owner. Many TBI survivors can show some improvement within 8 weeks and achieve significant results in 10-12 months. Complete recovery can take years. Some survivors may have unexpected discoveries, for example, I can read the stories within some music, which I could never imagine before the accident.
Who Supports TBI Recovery Financially?
Private insurances, institutions and families are often the first payers. Many states have a TBI trust fund to help survivors learn new skills, and many TBI survivors are eligible for their state assistance. For example,
New Jersey TBI FUND
Director: Peri Nearon
11A Quakerbridge Plaza, Mercerville NJ 08625-0700
Louisiana Traumatic Head and Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund
Manager: Tonia Gedward
LDH Office of Aging and Adult Services

Other states include Kentucky, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Pennsylvania, etc. You can get the information about your state and others at “A LOOK AT TBI TRUST FUND PROGRAMS.” We also support those with low income and full potential.
Nothing can ensure individuals’ dignity, dream, rights, opportunities better than their brain and health power. With the additional tools, many TBI survivors can recover beyond the 2-year plateau and pursue their freedom and opportunities again. When one TBI survivor can return to work, society can not only save $85,000 to $3 million lifetime treatment costs, a lifetime disability benefit but also have one more happy taxpayer!
What limits Traumatic Brain Injury recovery can be both tools and human beings. It is critical for people in healthcare, especially leaders, to stay open to new ideas and innovation, continue exploring different solutions, and be not afraid to learn from mistakes. Healthcare can also go from good to great and be cost-efficient.
Not many people know the medical pathway to regain their freedom, dignity and pursue their dream again. Please join us and free those with potential.

These days, many businesses, families and individuals suffer from skyrocketing healthcare cost. To use partial assessments and then pay for endless expensive symptom relieves is a BIG cause.
In fact, many years of treatments can become months, weeks, or even days, for example, heart attack, stroke, burnout, depression, insomnia, weight gain, etc. Individuals can stay healthy and be their best! Businesses can beat rising healthcare costs, optimize healthcare quality AND be an employer of choice! This video will show you why and how.
Welcome to The Prince Synergy. I am Bin Yang. Today, I want you to look at work, life, and health from a different angle and think differently.
These days, many businesses, families and individuals suffer from skyrocketing healthcare cost. In fact, many years of treatments can become months, weeks, or even days. Many deaths and disabilities can be reversed. First, let me share a story with you.
Case Study: Beat Setback & Failure, Stay Healthy!
Not long ago, I ran into Mr. Z at a hospital. Mr. Z was a great football player at high school and had a very successful business. Unfortunately, he lost all his money in oil market. He drank heavily ever since and developed cirrhosis and gastric mass in 2 years. When he was admitted to hospital for vomiting blood, he looked like 70 years old when he was only 42. I became the first one to discuss Adversity Quotient with him.
Did the hospitals miss anything?
The hospitals failed to address the root cause– Mr. Z’s poor Adversity Quotient (AQ). Unless his AQ could be strengthened, Mr. Z would keep on going back to the hospitals and getting worse. Healthcare would become endless symptom relieves, wasting his life and money.
I became the first one to help him rebuild his AQ. Mr. Z quit drinking in 1 week. His liver and stomach recovered rapidly in the following 4 weeks.
The world does not challenge only your strengths. However, many people handle setbacks and failures via drinking, smoking, drugs and other unhealthy means due to a poor AQ and develop various health issues.
Unless we can get to the root cause, healthcare will become endless symptom relieves, wasting life and money. Let’s go to the second case.
Case Study: Eliminate Insomnia with the Right Law
One time I had a patient who was an attorney. Because his parents left all their money to him, nothing to his sister, his sister kept on suing the family, and he had to manage. As time passed by, he developed insomnia and anxiety. He had been to other firms before he came to me and was quite familiar with standard maneuvers, such as position change.
I asked him if his family had set up a family fund. He said no. So, I told him, “Set up your family fund, so you do not have to give your 40% to Uncle Sam. Give it to your sister.” The attorney was speechless. From that day, he needed no more sleeping pills or therapies. What he needed was a right law. Once his issue was gone, his health issues disappeared.
Where Did the Success Started?
When I was doing residency, I noticed many people went to the hospitals because they could not handle the challenges outside. Usually, once I found the missing tools to meet their challenges, many got well quickly with minimum re-occurrence rates. Many years of healthcare treatments into months, weeks, or even days.
About 70% of primary clinical visits are related to stress. However, most people just keep on going back to their doctors. In fact, one big cause of stress-related health issues is the lack of the right tools to meet challenges. Each person has 6Q, IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public influence Q and Health Q. Doctors mainly fix health through medicine. Individuals usually miss some tools to other 5Qs.
Traditional education gives some tools in IQ and EQ, which mainly covers half of the human system. By finding their missing tools, we have helped many patients recover quickly, including the same day, with minimum re-occurrence. That is what we called “Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less.” Our success started at clinics in 2004 where we invented the 6Q Approach.
What is Missing in Health Risk Assessment and Biometric Screening?
Many institutions provide workers an opportunity to complete a health risk assessment and a biometric screening. (Health Risk Assessment includes questions about a person’s medical history, health status, and lifestyle. Biometric Screening focuses on risk factors such as body weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, stress, and nutrition.)
What is missing in the two assessments? They miss the impact of challenges over a person’s health. A person can suffer from heart attack and stroke even if the person is a vegetarian and an athlete and has no past and family medical history.
Beat Skyrocketing Healthcare Costs!
To use partial assessments and then pay for endless expensive symptom relieves is a BIG cause of today’s skyrocketing healthcare costs!
In fact, individuals can stay healthy, recover quickly if needed, and be their best! Businesses can beat rising healthcare costs, optimize healthcare quality AND be an employer of choice!

D R E A M & P O W E R
Healthcare costs have been soaring every year so fast that President Barack Obama once said, “By a wide margin, the biggest threat to our nation’s balance sheet is the skyrocketing cost of healthcare. It’s not even close.” In The Cost Conundrum, Dr. Atul Gawande described how some doctors at McAllen, Texas turn a population of twelve thousand dollars income per capital into one of fifteen thousand dollars per enrollee in Medicare, almost twice the national average.
The doctors’ business drive is only one internal cause. Middlemen’s profit sharing is one external cause. The non-health cause that contributes to about 70% of primary clinical visits for stress-related health issues and the limited way how businesses and individuals meet challenges and stay healthy also give those white-coat wolfs legitimate reasons and endless opportunities to suck the blood out of individuals, businesses, and economic systems. In addition, not all doctors have the best knowledge and problem-solving.
We can not only cut down healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity at the same time. We can not only cut down today’s healthcare costs but also anticipate development needs in coming challenges, make wise investments and take early action. Our success started at the clinic in 2004 when I first invented the 6Q Approach. Here are 5 main steps.
– How Can Medical Treatments Become Expensive and Endless Symptom Relieves?
A study at Toronto University Family Medicine found that 70% of their primary visits are stress related. Most stress-related health issues are directly related to the lack of the right tools to meet the challenge, relax and restore self, for example, insomnia, heart attack, diabetes, obesity, and fast aging. McAllen could have heavy drinking sixty percent higher than the national average because many individuals in that area have lower education and fewer opportunities, so they drink to achieve a fast relief. Smoking and food are other common antidepressants. Then obesity and others associated diseases follow, such as heart attack, diabetes, and hypertension.
Some doctors and hospitals do not want their patients to find their missing tool—they want their patients to keep on coming back. Some doctors indulge their patients with heart failure not to sleep and eat right so they can have “a new heart” quicker. Until individuals can find their missing tools, the same issues often keep on coming back and getting worse. Because doctors and hospitals are often paid by visits and procedures, medical treatments can become expensive and endless symptom relieves with legitimate reasons. As people go to the clinic or hospital more, more complications can emerge, which require further treatments. Heart disease is a good example.
-Limited Talent Management Also Contributes to Health Issues
The best way for talent to minimize stress-related health issues is to stay on the right track (avoid unsuitable challenges) and meet challenges with the right tools. However, people often lack the right tools to meet challenges, especially those resulted from non-IQ and non-EQ sources.
Behaviors can reflect the underlying structure in different environments but often change as environments changes. Thus, insignificant weaknesses in that environment will not surface but can impact the next project. We call the weakness Relative Weakness. The 360-degree evaluation can only collect behavior observation AFTER a person gets into the specific environment. “Shoot Burnout, Save His Job!” is a good example. Individuals with high EQ can control what others can observe at the workplace and alter 360-degree evaluation results. A 2016 Deloitte survey found that only 13% of companies believe they are building effective global leaders.
Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan, repeatedly said at top MBAs that individuals ought to take care of themselves and not to expect their company to babysitter them. However, many people cannot manage self efficiently due to poor knowledge and then develop or worsen their health issues, for example, stroke and fast aging.
Some people go to the hospital too late, which makes a small problem big, big problem impossible. One couple called 911 after their son got choked. By the time when an ambulance arrived, the boy already died as the human brain can only tolerate no oxygen for 6-7 minutes. The couple should have removed the foreign object and started CPR (cardiac pulmonary resuscitation) while waiting for the ambulance. In heart attack and stroke, the window time to dissolve the clots is only a few hours. However, many people miss the precious hours and have a feeble recovery.
Self-management can be the most difficult task in the world because of human nature and knowledge base, starting from decision-making to execution, including time management, teamwork, relaxation, restoration, etc. Many individuals miss some tools along the process, which can impede their success and destroy their health.
Not every doctor and hospital has the best knowledge or keeps the best interest of their patients in mind. Some doctors only want to use their specialty to solve ALL problems. For example, a Psychiatrist wants to treat a heart attack by easing a patient’s mind, and a Surgeon likes to use a knife instead of preventive care. Some physicians have limited knowledge and creativity. Many disabilities and deaths result from improper treatments or unnecessary treatments.
In 1997, my mother and I were rear-ended in a tragic auto accident. She was put on a ventilator since she could not breathe on her own. About 5 weeks later, her doctor diagnosed that she would be ventilator-dependent for the rest of her life since she did not improve. My mom refused to live on the ventilator, so I had to be the one to discontinue her lifeline. I decided to exam her myself before I took the final step. To my surprise, I found her diaphragm was intact, which meant that she could breathe by raising and relaxing her diaphragm (abdominal breath). I taught her the new way of breathing. She got off the ventilator in three days. Later she regained her independence through both the Eastern and Western medicine.
I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in the accident. Almost all experts predicted that I could not recover. In the meantime, we got zero compensation from the courts, including the US Supreme Court. After I cried for a whole night, I decided to recover myself and apply for a medical license. In addition to the Eastern and Western medicine, I studied hard, joined all kinds of events and tried everything I could found. Thank God, I have passed all 3 steps of medical license examinations and received many excellent letters of recommendations at the clinics.
Each person’s 6 quotients are integrated, which is why health issues can have non-health causes, and poor IQ and EQ performance can result from non-IQ and non-EQ sources. By knowing individual 6Q structures, we can anticipate when relative weaknesses will become significant, which strengthen can be irrelevant, so businesses and individuals can make wise investments.
In the meantime, healthcare issues among employees often can reflect the missing tools in leadership and talent management, for example, recruitment, talent tasking, and institutional strategy. By knowing the development needs, businesses and individuals can take early action. For more information, please visit “4 Keys to Optimizing Corporate Leadership Development” and “How to Be an Exceptional CEO?”
Here are some common mistakes.
* Using one tool for All Issues
* Stay out of their maximum comfort(aptitude) zone
* Tripped up by relative weaknesses
* Unable to utilize resources
* Run out of gas (energy)
* Inability to handle setbacks and failures
* Insufficient relaxations and restoration techniques
* Go to the hospital only for stress-related health problems.
Human work, life, and health are integrated. As long as health issues can have non-health causes, health management is NOT equal to hospital management. We cannot rely on hospitals and medicine alone to stay healthy nor use IQ, EQ, and behavior tools only to meet challenges and avoid stress-related health issues. Partial approaches only offer legitimate reasons for greedy doctors and hospitals to suck the blood out of customers and economic systems and destroy the competitiveness of businesses and nations and bankrupting millions of families.
The efficient solution is to link health management with talent management, remove the root causes of endless symptom relieves and empower individuals to participate in personal health management and utilize health resources wisely. Individuals can get well quickly, including the same day, with the minimum re-occurrence like the cases above. Businesses can optimize productivity and minimize absenteeism and healthcare costs. In addition, both can anticipate development needs, including health needs in coming challenges, make wise investments, and take early action. Solving problems around healthcare alone is inefficient. Unlike health insurance companies, businesses do not have the conflict of interests in paying for personal development.
It is time to look at the big picture, think differently, empower yourself with the right tools, and target issues efficiently. By doing so, we can not only cut down healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity at the same time and help more businesses become an employer of choice.

Many hospitals have run out of space due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). It is critical to enable non-infected to stay healthy with optimal Internal PPE + External PPE since face masks and social distance (External PPE) cannot block all viruses and not everyone has strong internal PPE. The more non-infected can stay non-infected, the fewer hospital beds needed. No lockdown needed if every powerful tool is used, and everyone can do their part.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) has surged again recently. Although the positive case number may be due to great testing, hospitalization number matters. Yet, not everyone can stay at home, work from home, or close their stores.
Facemasks, gloves, and social distance cannot block all virus. Studies found that a surgical mask can block as much as 75% of virus, N95 can block up to 95% of small particle, and social distance can reduce up to 99% virus exposure. Individuals either beat the rest virus or get infected.
It is easy to understand that the elderly better stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic since their internal PPE is often low. Many working personnel has low internal PPE even they are young due to stress, poor self-management, co-morbidities, etc. The CDC estimated that 45.4% of U.S. adults are at increased risk for COVID-19 complications because of co-morbidities. The CDC also found that 19% of COVID-19 infection could come from health care personnel (HCP) who often use N95 facemasks.
Among infected HCP, 38% have at least one underlying health issue, and 62% have NONE. The median age was 42 when work and life are full of tough challenges and associated stress that can suppress their immunity and self-healing (internal PPE). Many individuals need to serve customers in person like HCP, and their internal PPE is not optimal. If infected, they will not be able to work and can be the source of new infections.
It is wise to empower vulnerable non-infected with internal PPE besides external ones according to their work environment and health so that they can stay healthy and not spread infection. Many of them can optimize their internal PPE via fast relief, early action, or the right action. Optimized internal PPE can also help them handle many other hazards and save 15~40% of healthcare costs down the road. To think differently is the first step.
The first step is to minimize virus exposure as much as possible, especially those who need to serve customers in a closed area, for example, HCP, flight attendants, pilots, bank tellers, and supermarket associates, for COVID-19 can harm not only human lung but also heart and brain. No health, no liberty, no pursuit of happiness.
One group often underestimates the evil power of COVID-19, do not minimize virus exposure with face masks, and get infected, for example, President Donald Trump. Another group lacks education due to poverty and can overly expose to the virus due to density. When a big family live under one roof– once one member is infected, the entire family is involved.
Some individuals overly protect self. For example, they wear 2 face masks while sitting inside their own car or home alone.
Immunity is the key to fight infection. Although asymptomatic, many individuals’ immune systems are suppressed by stress— 45 % of youngsters (MTV), 80% of workers (Harris), and 100% of CEOs (Vistage). For example, a healthy person can suffer a severe infection after working too hard for a while. A vegetarian athlete can develop a heart attack after a series of intensive challenges.
While we sleep, our immune system can also become more robust and fight harmful substances better. However, one in four Americans develops insomnia each year. About 90% of students at an EMBA program raised their hands when I asked who had insomnia under stress. Yin Yang imbalance can also impact individual immunity.
Many individuals can restore their internal PPE quickly from the suppression of stress, insomnia, and Yin Yang imbalance via Eastern medicine and 6Q tools. Some can fall into sleep within 30 minutes. Thus, we want to be sure that individuals can have a few hours to sleep before we help them. Optimized immunity and self-healing can also solve early bacterial infection within 30 minutes with NO medication. The video below can tell you more.
I initially used these technologies when I tried to recover myself from Traumatic Brain Injury and pass medical licensing exams in 1999. In 2012, I found pus on my throat after working extra hard for a while (I used to be completely healthy). I knew how long it could take if I went to the ER, so I decided to try to deplete my stress and restore my Yin Yang balance. It worked– the pus disappeared in 30 minutes with NO medication. Then we help various people.
Through the integrated approach, we have reversed fast Aging, burnout, and enable individuals to maintain optimal performance and health. In the meantime, we have perfected the techniques and need no pill, no injection, no needle, and no surgery.
Some individuals have low internal PPE due to poor self-management. Many people drink, smoke, or drug to manage stress since they cannot handle setback or failures or do not know healthy alternatives. Some people “cannot find the time” to take care of themselves. It is not hard for them to develop new skills and habits by evaluating their 6Q. To meet challenges efficiently and live healthy is a key to maintain long-term internal balance and achieve optimal health.
The next is co-morbidity. About 70% health issues, including heart diseases and diabetes, are related to non-health causes, such as stress. We can control many of them at the early stage with the right tool, for example, heart attack. Healthcare becomes expensive endless symptom relieves when handling non-health causes. By minimizing co-morbidities, many individuals can significantly reduce their risk to COVID-19, save lives, and save money. The video Learn from Maradona and Tony, Protect Your Life and Dream can tell you further.
Businesses can further reduce infection and death by integrating healthcare with their daily management. Some companies let employees 70+ work hard while the fatality rate of the group is nearly 10%. Some have high healthcare deductible, which make their employees hesitate to go to the hospitals when their lives are threatened. In fact, the government pays for the COVID-19 care for everyone, whether they have insurance or not.
Many people are used to going to the hospital after they develop typical symptoms or start treatments after others become ill. That works perfectly with fast-developing illnesses, such as injury.
Like most other diseases, COVID-19 has the incubation stage. When many hospitals have run out of space, it is wise to help as many non-infected not enter the acute stage as possible. While Western medicine can provide face masks, social distance, and vaccines, Eastern medicine and the 6Q tools can enhance internal healing, eliminate stress suppression and Yin-Yang imbalance, and minimize non-health causes that contribute to about 70% of co-morbidities.
There is a saying, “It does not matter if it is a white cat or a black cat. As long as it catches a mouse, it is a good cat.” As many cities lockdown, many businesses have closed for good, which is significant economic losses. Yes, face masks and social distance are low cost and simple to follow. However, when they are not enough to help non-infected stay non-infected, we should be open to more effective non-invasive solutions to prevent more significant economic losses. The more people can stay non-infected, the fewer hospital beds needed, the more cities and businesses can remain open. No lockdown is necessary if every powerful tool is used, and everyone can do their part.
Some institutions invest heavily in COVID-19 diagnostic and antibody tests, which is great but can be greater. The COVID-19 diagnostic tests help to catch asymptomatic infections but cannot replace internal and external PPE or health care needed. Also, individuals only develop COVID-19 antibodies AFTER exposed to the virus, and the reliability of the antibody is unclear, per CDC.
COVID-19 has made 2020 unforgettable. It is wise to fully utilize non-invasive and highly effective tools to help non-infected stay healthy per their work environment and health needs before a vaccine is available to everyone. When one tool is not enough to meet a new challenge, we should be open to more effective tools. The more people can stay healthy, the fewer ICU/hospital beds needed, the more cities and businesses can stay open. Furthermore, we can save a lot of healthcare costs down the road once individuals can optimize their internal PPE and manage self efficiently.
Different individual and industry have different needs. Most individuals need 1~2-day basic training. Some people may only need a 30-minute consultation for the right direction. Those who need to handle complex tasks may need comprehensive evaluations and solution. Businesses often need to better their performance management system. See which program fits you.

Takotsubo syndrome, also called “Broken Heart Syndrome,” is a cardiac condition that most often affects post-menopausal women. It can also affect men and younger women. The good news is that many people can recover fast, save time, and save money with the right tools as the heart issue is directly related to stress.
Ms. Yang, our Managing Director never expected to test her own medicine. She liked to share her success and lessons, and help more individuals recover fast, pursue dream again, and save money.
About 70% of health issues emerge or worsen under stress or challenges like a heart attack, such as stroke, insomnia, burnout, weight gain, fast aging, diabetes, fibromyalgia, TBI, etc. These health issues can significantly increase individuals risks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Does your health issue emerge or worsen under stress? If so, check out our programs. Most likely, you can shorten your treatments. You may end the issue if it is purely stress-related.
Many people do not understand why CEO stress has anything to do with CEO health. In fact, the two are closely connected.
Recently, the health of Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, has raised a national discussion. Many people think that his health is not his private matter because so many others depend upon him. Some even have raised a stock security issue. Forbes has pointed out that the Apple CEO turned to cancer removal surgery eight months after the diagnosis. Would there be less unfortunate issues to begin with if leaders could take better care of themselves?
When talking about how to be a CEO, people usually do not think about sustainability at times of unexpected change, intense stress, illness or injury. Unfortunately, life is full of unexpected challenges, which can disable our mind, or even take away our success. It takes a different set of skills to sustain our optimal creativity and health than to utilize them. It is important to have both. An unfortunate outcome affects not only the key person, but also his/her family, partners, colleagues, employees and more.
People tend to count on doctors for their health. However, how we handle illnesses before and after seeing doctors can mean life or death, recovery or disability. Although I had excellent medical training, I could have lost my mother had I not questioned the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) physicians after a tragic auto-accident. My mother suffered a cervical-2 fracture. Even after five weeks of intensive care, she could not get off of the ventilator. Her ICU physicians “concluded” that she would be ventilator-dependent for the rest of her life. My mother refused to live on a machine. I never doubted the ICU physicians. But at the last moment, I chose to do my own assessment and found that she did not breathe efficiently. Through a new way of breathing I taught her, my mother was taken off the ventilator successfully after only three days!
In another example, a prestigious rehab center had some very well known experts in Traumatic brain injury (TBI). These experts concluded that the poor impulse control secondary to TBI was incurable since they could not find the cure. A resident physician with a history of TBI had one unfortunate incident. These experts linked the incident with her past injury, and concluded that she had a poor impulse control and could not handle stress. They took away her residency training at the last minute even through her references from clinical training prior were excellent. Instead of telling her their reasoning, they told her something else, which has caused her a huge waste of time and money. In fact, the victim had found a way to correct the impulse control. But to these experts, if they could not find the cure, no one could! And they abandoned their own victim when their support was needed most!
Not everyone needs to go to medical school. However, we need general and systemic health knowledge about ourselves and different health systems, for example, what costly health mistakes to avoid, and how to select specialists. We need to stay in charge, especially when it is a matter of life or death, recovery or disability. A part of our 4-day Executive Synergy Program provides hands-on training in this area.
According to a survey of Vistage (an international organization for CEOs), 100 percent of 2,400 participating CEOs are suffering stress. CEO stress can come from external sources, like an uncertain economy. CEO stress can also come from our body and mind, such as the examples described above. Stress, while a great motivator, can disable our thinking and creativity, which are the keys to leadership. Stress can also harm our health and emotions. To some extend, a par of how to be a CEO is how to manage CEO stress. An exceptional CEO usually manages stress at another level.
Stress management to many people is limited relaxation exercises, such as deep breathing, brisk walking, meditation, Yoga and breaks. These are not enough to handle intense CEO stress. We need to build up our personal relaxation hierarchies, which are the right tools for the right levels of stress. At The Prince Synergy, we call it “overarmed.” We need a clear mind to look into underlying causes and figure out solutions. Different people need different relaxation hierarchies.
Another common definition of stress management is “coping with stress” and “positive thinking.” We don’t have to “live with stress.” We can prevent, utilize, reduce and transform stress. We can manage stress in many ways, business, medical, legal or even “technical” ways. A CEO suffered newly onset insomnia due to insecurities of her business. None of her relaxation methods or sleeping pills worked. Sleep is very important to productivity and wellness. She could not have a real sense of security until her business thrived, which could take time. However, she could use her faith as “the sense of security” by placing it into her unconscious level. Afterward, she has been sleeping like a log every night. In addition to faith, law can also help to eliminate stress and subsequent insomnia.
Strong stress management training is even more important at times of extreme crisis, where the level of stress is highest. Some CEOs tend to check themselves into the hospital. I had a crisis in 2007, and started crisis management immediately. I used my relaxation hierarchy to keep a clear mind, and in the meantime, kept telling myself that the crisis was not the end of the world. Instead of spending time in the hospital, I worked on my solution to turn the crisis into an opportunity the same night.
Our beliefs, perceptions, standards, visions and expectations can also affect the outcome. The cases of my mother and the rehab center are also good examples of blindly following authority figures (such as the ICU physicians) and assumptions.
How well do you manage stress? Take a quick assessment
What we can see in society and ourselves determines how we act and what we can achieve. I did not value Eastern medicine i at medical school. After being through family injuries and personal challenges, I have appreciated its recovery and relaxation power more and more. I sometimes acupuncture myself and pick up my own herb tea for certain types of tiredness and stress. I did not know about the internet or computers in high school. What I want and can do today is different fr om what was possible back then. There are many ways to sustain our optimal levels. We won’t “see” them until we can open to them.
How we act can also affect our health and potential profoundly. A star athlete from Fargo High School joined Stanford on a four-year football scholarship. After he ran into bigger and meaner competitors, he chose to focus upon his economics major. He has since built a multi-billion-dollar investment bank. What if he had chosen steroid for temporary gain, or used drugs for temporary high like many others? He would have to face more problems down the road, such as systemic injuries or issues related to addictions.
Our mind, body and stress management are one integrated system. We can be limited internally and externally. The limitations can lead to stress issues in business and health if we do not take care them efficiently. We can and need to, utilize our full internal and external resources efficiently, and prosper in business and life. Leaders should not settle with how to be a CEO, but how to be an exceptional CEO.
In summary, the skills to utilize our creativity and health and to lead are different from those to sustain the potential from unexpected change, intense stress, costly health mistakes and injury. In this age of intense competition, CEOs need these skills to stay at their optimal level and save subsequent agony from CEO stress. “Deal with Stress, Be Healthy & Happy” can identify your “missing software,” teach what you need in just a few days and help you build a firewall for your leadership. This is not only about how to be a CEO, one key individual, but also about your family, partners, colleagues, employees and more.

To sleep tight and sleep enough is critical to accomplishing almost any task. However, many people have hard time to sleep or no time to sleep. Although sleep is a health function, to sleep well also requires other skills, for each person is an integrated 6Q system. With the right tools, they can solve both issues. This video show you why and how.
In addition to the case in the video, we have had several other tough cases:
Do you sleep tight and sleep enough? Consult us if you do not.
I just had a nap at my office, feeling totally refreshed. Many people have hard time to sleep or have no time to sleep. In fact, with the right tools, they can solve both issues.
Each person is an integrated system of 6Q. Sleep is a health function. To sleep well requires other skills, which is why people often cannot sleep once something new happens. Poor sleep will further worsen their performance. Sleep is critical not only to energy restoration, but also to healing, memory, aging, and attitude. That’s why a person can look much older and moody if the person cannot sleep well.
A person’s ability to sleep will impact their opportunities. For those with big dreams, they need to be ready to sleep in their office, car, on the airline, or whenever an opportunity arrives, so they can sleep enough. Of course, it is better to have a sleeping bag ready. Sleep should also be natural as sleeping pills can ruin the next day’s productivity and creativity.
How to sleep well? Three keys. You first need a good body function, a comfortable environment, or your mind will be busy. Then you need to be able to turn off the switch when it’s time to sleep.
Let me tell you a story. I met a woman who was an airline attendant. She came to the United States via marriage. Her husband saw her picture through her cousin and immediately fell in love. She loved the man as well. Soon after they married, her husband wanted to have two boys. She had two girls in between, so they end up having four children. Their children are healthy and smart. The youngest was also the cutest. He made his own money and bought her a cell phone when he was 19.
However, the woman felt she had achieved nothing. She was in her 50s but looked like in her 60s. I told her to look at her life differently, as not everyone could have a loving husband and four loving children. She has invested in her family, and now it is time to invest in herself. In the end, I asked her if she could sleep well. She said no. Her children often saw her wandering around in the middle of the night. I asked her if there was anything that could make her tired quickly. “Computer!” She said. So I told her to play with the computer every night before going to bed. A few weeks later, she looked at least 20 years younger, ready to be an airline attendant if she wants to.
That is how much good sleep, and enough sleep can do for a human being. This woman started a family in a totally new environment and did not viewed her life with the right perspective, which created intensive internal stress and impacted her sleep. Also, she lacked the techniques to sleep fast. Once she had both, she recovered fast and became a new woman! I am very happy for her!
To sleep tight and sleep enough is critical to accomplishing almost any task. It is important to have 6Q skills instead of a mattress or sleeping pills alone. We need all of them sometimes. To help clients sleep well and sleep tight is a part of our consultation, training, and management. Contact us with your needs. Also subscribe our channel. You will find solutions nowhere else. Remember the better you optimize your brain and health, the faster you achieve your success and happiness. Good Luck!
We have discussed how to build Level 5 leadership from different angles. Now we are talking about how to beat rising healthcare cost. Is there a connection between the two, looking at the hot topics below?
• Take Your Leadership to Level 5 to Get Ahead and Stay Ahead or Beat Setbacks & Failures Ahead?
• What Stops Leaders from Being Level 5?
• Should A CEO Be Charming?
• How to Retain Startup DNA?
• What Is Missing in Health Risk Assessments & Biometric Screenings?
• Why Google Behaves Differently When Beating Rising Healthcare Cost?
The issues that we try to solve all have something to do with what is missing in traditional partial approaches except they have different symptoms and emerge at various stages that often starts with decision-making and ends with healthcare. What is missing in traditional partial approaches?
• IQ and EQ tools cannot solve non-IQ and non-EQ issues efficiently, for example, adversity and self-care. Studies have found about 70% of primary clinical visits are stress-related or due to lack of the right tools to meet challenges.
• Behavior tools can observe individuals 360 degrees but cannot anticipate development and health needs. Studies found that only 13% of companies can develop global leaders efficiently.
• Healthcare is not set to find the missing tools but can provide expensive symptom relieves, and Doctors are often paid per visit or procedure. In addition, not every doctor has the best knowledge. Some do unnecessary procedures. Some try to qualify their patients for more expensive procedures quicker…
• In the meantime, most people cannot take care of self and use health system efficiently.
Without the right tools to handle non-IQ and non-EQ challenges, such as choosing the right direction, using the right people, handling setbacks, and restoring self, leaders can fail or end their journey too early.
When talent is not on the right track or does not have the right tools, they will not get the job done and take good care of self but can develop various health issues.
What is missing in leadership development and talent management gives healthcare the legitimate reason to provide endless and expensive symptom relieves, not to mention that businesses need to pay for many avoidable treatments, surgeries, emergency room visits, chronic illnesses, disabilities, and deaths.
The more people can meet challenges with the right tools, stay healthy, get well quickly if needed, the better businesses and individuals can beat rising healthcare cost. The sooner businesses can start right, the more benefits they can enjoy along with their journeys, such as Level 5 leadership, hearts and minds, smooth project completions, and healthcare saving. By working on health alone, the bills for endless and expensive symptom relieve and avoidable treatments, surgeries, disabilities, and deaths will keep on coming. High deductions and co-pays can stop some unnecessary services but can also make small problems big or impossible and hurt work performance and loyalty.

Los Angeles, CA July. 26th, 2017– The Prince Synergy (www.ThePrinceSynergy.com) announces that TPS Dream & Power (www.DreamandPower.com) will focus on beating rising healthcare costs and offer free “Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less” for 3 days (7/26-7/28/2018).
When asked about the focus, Bin Yang, the 6Q Approach Inventor and Managing Director of The Prince Synergy, said, “The skyrocketing cost of healthcare has threatened almost every business, family, and individual. Big co-pays and deductions cannot save efficiently but backfire. The key is to minimize endless and expensive symptom relief, unnecessary emergency room (ER) visits, and utilize healthcare efficiently. Businesses and individuals can not only save years of healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity. These only take 1/3-1/2 of their one-year healthcare cost to set up. Our success started at the clinic in 2004. It is time to look at the big picture and think differently!”
Studies found about 70% of primary clinical visits are stress-related (emerge or worsen under stress), for example, heart attack, stroke, insomnia, burnout, diabetes and obesity. The leading cause of stress is the lack of the right tool(s) to meet challenges, relax and restore self. To find the missing tool(s) BESIDES relieving symptoms is the key to minimize the 70% visits. Otherwise, businesses and individuals need to pay endless and expensive symptom relieves, including ER visits, BECAUSE HOSPITALS ARE NOT set to find the missing tools. You can find case studies in this video:
In addition to unnecessary ER visits, many chronic illnesses, disabilities, and deaths can be avoided if individuals can learn how to utilize healthcare system and recognize unethical and poor doctors efficiently. How Ms. Yang recovered her mother and herself are two good examples.
TPS Dream & Power provides what is missing in traditional approaches: healthcare cannot handle non-health causes, many people treat healthcare as hospital care, and traditional IQ, EQ and behavior tools alone have limited power over non-IQ and non-EQ issues and cannot avoid stress-related health issues (SRHI) efficiently. TPS Dream & Power empower leaders, managers, and elites based on the mistakes found at the clinics and businesses as well as efficient ways to meet challenges, stay healthy and bring the best performance.
“Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less” is one diagnostic program, helping individuals with SRHI find the missing tools to meet their current challenges. Individuals often get well quickly with minimum re-occurrence and require no or fewer follow-up clinical visits and associated drug, treatments, time and money. TPS Dream & Power also helps clients build smart systems, anticipate development needs, especially health needs, and get ready quickly for their upcoming challenges. TPS Dream & Power loves feedback and new ideas and will continue challenging status quo and perfecting its services.
